DAILY?READINGS: 2 Kings 15:32 to 16:20; Jer. 50:21-46; Titus 2:9 to 3:15

Wherein ye greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, ye are in heaviness through manifold temptations [trials]. 1 Peter 1:6
…as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. 1 Peter 4:10

The word manifold literally means “very many coloured”. Peter speaks of very many coloured trials and of the very many coloured graces of God. Whatever the colour of your trial today, dear child of God, He has grace of a corresponding hue. Thank you, Father. Your grace is sufficient for me. —Arnot P. McIntee

His love has no limit, His grace has no measure;
His power has no boundary known unto men,
For out of His infinite riches in Jesus,
He giveth, and giveth, and giveth, again.
