It is God that girdeth me with strength, and maketh my way perfect. Psalm 18:32
The Scripture says, “Be holy; for I am holy” (Lev. 11:44). I cannot, you say? Paul says, “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me” (Phil. 4:13). When a trial comes, pray for His power and an abundance of His grace; then move forward yielding to His righteousness. You will be amazed to see God’s work in and through you, making your way perfect. You will find that He will “grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man” (Eph. 3:16). —D. Pickup
