For the word of God is quick, and powerful… Hebrews 4:12
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable… 2 Timothy 3:16
“Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path” (Ps. 119:105). The most read book in the world is the Bible. In the last 50 years it has outsold any other book: 3.9 billion copies. God’s Word has power and strength. It is profitable and useful in every aspect of life. It is practical in real circumstances, giving us direction in day-to-day life (our feet) and for the future (our path). Let us not just buy a Bible, but appreciate it, appropriate its truth and apply
it to our life. —Bob Cretney
