DAILY READINGS: Exodus 40; Psalms 94-95; Acts 24:1-23

For I will have respect unto you, and make you fruitful, and multiply you, and establish my covenant with you…And ye shall eat old store, and bring forth the old because of the new. And I will set my tabernacle among you: and my soul shall not abhor you. Leviticus 26:9, 11

Five times in these two verses and seven times more in the chapter we find “you”. God wants us to glory in the fact that He loves us and deals with us always as individuals. Thus it is intensely personal. Salvation is offered to the world (John 3:16) but I must make it mine. His personal interest in me is a wonderful, blessed, comforting thought.—Vernon Markle

I am so glad that our Father in heav’n, tells of His love in the Book He has giv’n;
Wonderful things in the Bible I see, this is the dearest, that Jesus loves me.—Philip P. Bliss
