All nations whom thou hast made shall come and worship before
Thee, O Lord; and shall glorify Thy name. Psalm 86:9
The redeemed are happy to bow the knee to their blessed Saviour
now, but one day there will be universal praise. Even the stubborn
knees will be compelled to bow to Him, because, “God has highly
exalted Him and given Him a name which is above every name”
(Php. 2:9-10). It is our privilege to bow now. May we do so with joy.
—Milton Haack
Look, ye saints! the sight is glorious: see the Man of sorrows now;
From the fi ght returned victorious, every knee to Him shall bow;
Crown Him, crown Him, crown Him, crown Him,
Crowns become the Victor’s brow, crowns become the Victor’s brow.
—T. Kelley
