James did not spare himself but served without fee or reward to reach them for Christ. the personal risk of contracting the disease did not prevent him caring for them.
He looked to God for all His needs and found the promises of God’s Word to be true.
Many of the lepers came to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour and became devoted Christians and an example to all in their daily lives.
