DAILY READINGS: 1 Chronicles 29; Ezekiel 26; John 9:18-41
All the kings of the earth shall praise thee, O LORD, when they
hear the words of Thy mouth. Psalm 138:4
Currently world leaders care nothing for the will of the Lord. They
exercise their authority as if it proceeds from themselves. In a coming
day however, they will bow before the King of kings as He comes to
rule over the earth. Christ will be the theme of conversation among
the potentates. Rather than duplicitous campaign promises or empty
platitudes, only praise to the Lord will be heard! —K. R. Keyser
Son of Man, in new creation,
Leader of a chosen race!
Well may glory crown Him,
In the ordered place! —H. K. Burlingham
