DAILY READINGS: Exodus 37; Psalm 89:19-52; Acts 22:1-21

And Jesus answering said, Were there not ten cleansed? but where are the nine? Luke 17:17

Ten lepers asked Jesus to heal them. He told them to see the priest as an act of faith that they believed Him. On their way all were healed. One turned back, fell on his face at Jesus’ feet, and gave Him thanks. Jesus asked, “Where are the nine?” Nine were blessed but only one returned to thank the one Who blessed him—and he was a Samaritan! The others were interested in the blessings but not the Blesser. Do you know the Blesser of your blessings? Have you paused to thank Him? —K. C. Ung

Once it was the blessing, now it is the Lord;
Once it was the feeling, now it is His Word;
Once His gift I wanted, now, the Giver own;
Once I sought for healing, now Himself alone. —A. B. Simpson
