Exodus 35:1-35; Psalms 87:1-88:18; Acts 21:1-16

For the love of Christ compels us, because we judge thus: that if One died for all, then all died. 2 Corinthians 5:14 NKJV

Paul’s motivation in life was the love of Christ. He expresses what love does because of what love did. The love of Christ compels us. It pushes me on, holds me together, keeps me in place, and gives me purpose. That’s what love does. It is all because of what love did when Christ died for us—for all of us! The question
is, what will we do in response to such love? May we die to ourselves that we may live for Him. —Rex Trogdon

Oh, the love that drew salvation’s plan!
Oh, the grace that brought it down to man!
Oh, the mighty gulf that God did span; at Calvary!  —William R. Newell
