What a glorious building Solomon built for God! God chose to honour Solomon’s temple by placing His name, His eyes and His heart there. We believers are called the temple of God. He has put His name on us and tells us “I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee” (Heb. 13:5). What amazing love! —Mary Robins
