Thomas said to Him, “Lord, we do not know where You are going, and how can we know the way?” Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” John 14:5-6 NKJV
While Jesus is directly referring to salvation and heaven we can apply this statement to all areas of our lives. Life is full of uncertainties for us, but not for God. He knows the “end from the beginning” (Isa. 46:10), the right time and the right action. If we draw near to Him will He not show us where we ought to go and what we ought to do? Continue to be obedient to Him in your waiting and He will show you the wisest way forward. —Danielle Robins
