That which was from the beginning, which…our hands have handled. 1 John 1:1
The COVID-19 pandemic led to unprecedented times of isolation and “social distancing.” Thankfully technology provided opportunities for God’s people to stay in touch and carry on with many Church functions. Yet even as we stayed in touch, the one thing missing was “touch.” There is a vitality and warmth to Christian fellowship that only comes with being physically near. It is one thing to see and hear but another to touch. Perhaps now we undertand more deeply the wonder of our Lord taking on flesh so that
we could literally touch God. May we value His touch more fully and be ready to share it with those who need it. —S. McEachern

And oh the joy that floods my soul! —B. and G. Gaither
