Recently I read in a Christian Missions magazine of a missionary who was thanking God for the gift of cancer. After many prayers and some tears, I now can say the same thing. Going through surgery and chemotherapy is not a joyful experience, but I know God has blessed me in ways I wouldn’t have realized months ago. To God be the glory. —Debbie Douglas
