Someone said, “There is always an ‘except’ in the best biography”! David wrote today’s psalm while experiencing the joy of sin forgiven following the big “except” in his life. Now God speaks to this renewed man, (v. 8) and gives him a three-fold assurance; I will instruct you; I will teach you and I will counsel you with My eye upon you.
