One day, when I was a small boy, a supply teacher came to our school. I clearly recall him making the statement; “Heaven is closer than your own breath!”. Paul, preaching on Mars Hill, made a similar statement: “He is not far from each one of us; for in Him we live and move and have our being” (vv. 27-28 NKJV). All we do is with breath and life from God. The evidence of Him is all around us! Man walks in great light, but stumbles and falls in darkness because he is blind.
