2 Kings 18:1-37; Jeremiah 51:25-64; 1 Timothy 2:1-15
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. Psalm 23:1
Is not this passage a beautiful example of our Saviour’s love for us? He is “Jehovah Rohi”, our Shepherd. Dear friend, in Christ we lack nothing. He provides everything we need. He restores and refreshes our souls! —Bronwyn Hagey
All the way my Saviour leads me;
What have I to ask beside?
Can I doubt His tender mercy,
Who through life has been my guide?
Heavenly peace, divinest comfort,
Here by faith in Him to dwell;
For I know, whate’er befall me,
Jesus doeth all things well. —Fanny Crosby
