Leviticus 4:27-5:13; Psalm 104:1-35; Acts 27:1-26

[Jesus] cried with a loud voice, “Lazarus, come forth!” And he who had died came out bound hand and foot with graveclothes, and his face was wrapped with a cloth. Jesus said to them, “Loose him, and let him go.” John 11:43-44 NKJV

Lazarus had been in the tomb for four days, wrapped in burial clothes — far beyond any hope. Yet, with just three words, Jesus called him out of death’s grip. Through Jesus’ own death and resurrection, we too are offered freedom from the hold of death. By accepting His gift of salvation, we can remove our “grave clothes” and embrace new life,
stepping into the freedom He promises. —Alyssa Gee

My God is mighty to save, He is mighty to save,
forever, author of salvation,
He rose and conquered the grave, Jesus conquered the grave. —Reuben Morgan, Benjamin Fielding
