H. Norman Wright

Thom S. Rainer

Thom S. Rainer is the president and CEO of LifeWay Christian Resources. Prior to LifeWay, he served at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary for twelve years where he was the founding dean of the Billy Graham School of Missions and Evangelism. He is a 1977 graduate of the University of Alabama and earned his Master of Divinity and Ph.D. degrees from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

In addition to speaking in hundreds of venues over the past 20 years, Rainer led Rainer Group, a church and denominational consulting firm, from 1990 to 2005. The firm provided church health insights to over 500 churches and other organizations over that period.

Rainer and his wife, Nellie Jo, have three grown sons: Sam, Art and Jess, who are married to Erin, Sarah and Rachel respectively. The Rainers have ten grandchildren: Canon, Maggie, Nathaniel, Will (with the Lord), Harper, Bren, Joshua, Collins, Joel, and James.

Louie Giglio

Louie Giglio is the pastor of Passion City Church in Atlanta, Georgia, and founder of Passion Conferences—a global movement of college-aged people living for the fame of Jesus Christ. A dynamic and effective communicator, Louie holds a master of divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Shelley, reside in Atlanta.

Michael Catt

Michael Catt has served as the senior pastor of Sherwood Baptist Church in Albany, Georgia since 1989 and is the executive producer of the films Facing the Giants, Fireproof and Courageous.

Harold Smith

Harold Smith lives in Nova Scotia, Canada, with his wife Erma. They have been married for 67 years and have six children, all of whom have made professions of salvation. They also have many grandchildren. He became a Christian sixty years ago (1952), by reading the Bible and a booklet called “God’s Way of Salvation.” He came to Christ as a lost, guilty, hopeless sinner, and put his trust 100% in his Saviour from sin and Lord of his life. He immediately started personally witnessing to neighbours and friends. His occupation at that time was that of a door to door salesman and this greatly assisted him in his work of visitation and meeting people. He has been actively engaged in the ministry of the gospel by visitation, tent work, and radio broadcasting. In 1975 he was commended by the Christians of the assembly in Lower Argyle, Nova Scotia, and has been engaged in full time gospel work and ministry in assemblies and at conferences. At eighty-seven he is still teaching and preaching Christ to sinners and saints.

Catherine Mackenzie

Catherine Mackenzie enjoys explaining the gospel to a child and sees it as a challenge and a joy – something to treasure and to look forward to. Catherine’s favourite activity is making flapjacks with her nephews & nieces. She loves to collect books & real life heroes and some of these can be seen in her Little Light’s series. She has written several trailblazer biographies (including John Calvin) for young people, the “Stories from Canterbury Place” series dealing with difficult issues those children may have to face.
