Jean Dougan (1916-2003), was a Canadian author, homemaker, poet, and author. For years she has written poems for Smoke Signals, a camp magazine, and every year the words for the camp hymn. These hymns have been published under the title Themes from the Classics. Mrs. Dougan has also contributed to five volumes of The Looking Glass, daily devotional readings for teens. Jean Dougan has drawn many practical lessons from the living Word of God. Other books by Dougan include: Mark & the Untiring Servant and Brothers of the Bible.

Arthur C. Hill
Arthur C. Hill was born in London, Ontario. He practiced medicine and surgery in the city of Sherbrooke, Quebec where he was on the staff of the Sherbrooke and d’Youville Hospitals. Dr. Hill was an ex-governor of the College of Physicians and Surgeons, Province of Quebec, and also past president of the Quebec Medical Association. His ministries as a believer included eldership and superintendency of the Sunday School at the assembly in Sherbrooke, editor of News of Quebec, serving on the Canadian cabinet of the Gideons, the Canadian Sunday School Mission, and Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship.
Gertrud (Koppel) Harlow
Gertrud (Koppel) Harlow was a missionary for 14 years in the Belgian Congo, involved primarily in literature and translation work before her marriage to Dr. Harlow. She still continues in the work with revisions to Swahili materials as well as typesetting new French titles. She works from her home office at Park of the Palms, Florida.
William Yuille
William Yuille was born in Hamilton, Scotland, and educated at the University of Glasgow, graduating, with honors, with a Bachelor of Science degree. Now living in Markham, Ontario, with his wife, Naomi, Mr. Yuille served with the Ontario Hydro Commission in an administrative capacity. He is also a church elder, Bible teacher and conference speaker. As president of MSC Canada Inc., he has served missionaries in fifty countries.
Kathie Renaud
Kathie Renaud spends her free time journaling, writing seminars for women’s retreats, public speaking, and leading women in Bible studies. She and her husband have been blessed with four sons (Michael, Justin, Joey and Jacob) and have thoroughly enjoyed homeschooling for the past 13 years. They reside in Ontario, Canada.
Robert Henry Sykes
Robert Henry Sykes was born in Michigan and served in the business world for many years. He and his wife, Wilma, were commissioned by their home church in Grand Rapids for missionary work in Angola. Now living in Montana, Bob Sykes is busy in a Bible teaching and church planting ministry.
Eunice Free
Eunice Free is one of EPI’s “northern lights”- a woman living in northern Ontario who is passionately devoted to sharing the light of the Gospel among family, students, friends, neighbors. She is a disciplined student of God’s Word, reading it, memorizing it, obeying it and living what it teaches.
Albert E. Horton
Mr.Albert E. Horton (1901 – 1996) served God as a missionary in Angola for over fifty years. His work included translating the Bible into the Luvale Language and teaching the Word of God to thousands of believers.
Randal Amos
Randal Amos was saved as a young man of 18. In 1980, he was commended to preach the Word of God as an itinerant preacher. Now, more than 35 years later, he continues his preaching and writing ministry at home and abroad. Randal and his wife, Sylvia, live in Oregon City, Oregon.
Andy McIlree
Andy McIlree was born in Glasgow, Scotland. He came to know the Lord in 1954 and was baptized in 1958. He is married to Anna and they live in Kilmacolm, Scotland. They have two daughters and one son. He entered into full-time service in 1976 with the Churches of God. He has engaged in an itinerant ministry in western countries and has been privileged to serve the Lord in India and Burma. He continues to go to Burma each year.
