Richard E. Strout, M.A. (1986) in Religious Studies, Bishop’s University, came to Quebec with his wife and family in 1970. For over two decades he served in numerous capacities including director, academic dean and librarian at Bethel Bible Institute, Sherbrooke. Commended to the Lord’s work by three Brethren assemblies in the United States, he has been actively involved, both locally and provincially, in the work of the assemblies in French Canada since his arrival. The Strouts have four children, eleven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
