A New Reader’s Lexicon of The Greek New Testament

This new reference work improves on earlier works and, in canonical order, lists all words occurring fewer than fifty times. In addition to providing the word’s definition, this indispensable tool includes the number of times a word occurs in a particular author’s writings alongside the number of times a word is used in a given book of the New Testament. It will: 1. Equip translators for rapid translation of less familiar New Testament vocabulary. 2. Assist students in determining which words warrant further research (exegesis). 3. Provide New Testament word occurrences that can be shared with and readily understood by a Bible class or congregation. 4. Contribute to the reader’s appreciation for vocabulary preferred by individual New Testament writers.
