The J.N. Darby translation is available in several English editions. The translator notes in the original Full Notes Edition include references to the Greek, Hebrew and Latin texts supporting translation decisions. The Abbreviated Notes Edition omits all notes, except to identify deviations from the “Textus Receptus” Greek text. The Modified Notes Edition was derived from the original edition by removing the text reference notes, transliterating the Greek and Hebrew words, and adding some notes from the translator’s other writings.
