William MacDonald was an American theologian, teacher, and author of 84 books including “The Believer’s Bible Commentary”. Born in Massachusetts in 1917, he moved to Scotland as a child and later returned to earn a BA from Tufts and an MBA from Harvard. William joined the faculty at Emmaus Bible School then served as president for 6 years. Mr. MacDonald lived a long life serving His Lord through studying the Word of God and through the ministry of preaching and writing. He was promoted to Glory December 25, 2007 at the age of 90.
