Sheep need shepherds. God’s people are like sheep and He provides shepherds to feed and guide and care for them.
Mr. James Gunn has been feeding and caring for God’s sheep for many years. Out of rich personal experience and a deep knowledge of God’s Word, Mr. Gunn outlines some of the joys and responsibilities of God’s shepherds, and how the Lord prepares men for this service.
James Gunn had the blessing of Christian parentage and was saved in his early teens. Educated as an industrial chemist, he spent only two and a half years in the vocation before the Lord called him into full-time service for Himself in 1922. James Gunn ministered to the saints of Ontario and elsewhere for more than fifty years.
