I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go…I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also. John 14:2-3
Our Lord Jesus made this promise to His own and He never breaks His word! Now we are waiting for the fulfilment of that promise. However, in the meantime, He has given us the Holy Spirit to indwell us and He expects us to be occupied in His service. He asks us to watch and wait and pray. As we labour for Him we look ahead to the moment when He will “present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle” (Eph. 5:27). And at last we will be with Him and all the redeemed for eternity! —Drew Craig
