Leviticus 15:1-33; Psalm 119:73-112; Mark 5:21-43

He is not here: for he is risen. Matthew 28:6
But now is Christ risen from the dead, and has become the firstfruits of those who have fallen asleep. 1 Cor. 15:20 NKJV

This is the morning of mornings! The tomb is empty, telling us the enemy has been vanquished. We have the hope of all hopes because the risen Saviour is the firstfruits of those who have gone before us! Because of the triumph of His resurrection, we will all meet again. Soon, very soon, He will break through the heavens with a glorious shout, and we shall all meet Him in the air (1 Thess. 4:16–18)! On this resurrection morning let us shout from our hearts, “I know that my Redeemer lives” (Job 19:25 NKJV). —Jim Comte

Death thou hast conquered me and by thy dart I have been slain,
But Christ has died and conquered thee, and I shall rise again!
