Joshua 10:1-43; Isaiah 7:1-8:4; Luke 23:47-24:12

Now the Lord of peace himself give you peace always by all means. 2 Thessalonians 3:16

There are many things on our life’s journey that have the potential to rob us of our peace. Thankfully, the legacy of peace Jesus left His disciples is still ours to claim today! “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you…let not your heart be troubled” (John 14:27). Think of it, the Lord of peace Himself, offers you His peace, always, by all  means! May His peace, which passes all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus today (Phil. 4:7). —E. V.

The winds and the waves shall obey My will, peace, be still!
Whether the wrath of the storm-tossed sea,
Or demons, or men or whatever it be;
They all shall sweetly obey My will; peace, peace be still.  —Mary A. Baker
