Peter Williams is a Welshman from the town of Neath in South Wales. He is a graduate of the University of Wales and has degrees in theology and philosophy. He has served churches in England and Wales and has continued a preaching ministry since his retirement in 1997, now exercising oversight at Southbourne Evangelical Church in Bournemouth, England. He is author of various other books published by Day One, including Opening up Ezra. He and his wife, Brenda, have a son, daughter, and three grandsons.

Gerard Chrispin is a lawyer also qualified and experienced in management. He has travelled widely on both sides of the Atlantic and in Europe. He is author of three other evangelistic booklets, and of the books The resurrection: the unopened gift, and Philippians for today, all published by Day One.

Iain M. Duguid is professor of religion at Grove City College in Grove City Pennsylvania, and the author of Ezekiel and the Leaders of Israel.

Allan Harman was for twenty years the principal of the Presbyterian Theological College, Melbourne, Australia. Since 2002 he has been a research professor at the college.

John L. Mackay is internationally known as an Old Testament scholar and is also in demand for church retreats where his skill in the practical exposition and application of doctrine are well respected.

Henry Moorhouse was born in Manchester England, September 27^th, 1840. He was saved in 1860, during the Great Revival. He spent the rest of his years preaching the gospel throughout the United Kingdom and several trips to the United States. He spoke with great compassion, emphasizing the love of the Lord Jesus Christ for the lost.  A close friend of D.L. Moody, he was said to have taught Moody how to preach. Henry “Harry” Moorhouse died, December 28^th, 1880 at the young age of 40. He left behind a wife and two children.

Lynona Chaffart is a cancer survivor who takes the reader on her “train” journey with breast cancer. She describes with great eloquence her struggle to let the Lord be the Conductor. Lynn lives in southern Ontario with her husband and two sons.

Bill and Irene Ridgeway were married January 14^th, 1951 in Brooklyn, NY. In 1959, after graduating from Philadelphia Bible Institute and Columbia Bible College in South Carolina, they left for Ecuador. There, along with their 4 children, they spent over 40 years serving the Lord and spreading the gospel. Bill went home to be with the Lord June 20^th, 2014.

Ed Silvoso is the founder and president of Harvest Evangelism, Inc. A native of Argentina, he is widely recognized as a teacher on evangelism, restoration and Church unity. The author of two books, That None Should Perish and Prayer Evangelism, Silvoso also has extensive experience as a family counselor. He and his wife, Ruth, reside in San Jose, California.
