Description
Desert Journey: Studies in Numbers & Deuteronomy
By: Robert E. Harlow
Numbers and Deuteronomy do more than just tell of Israel’s desert wanderings and failure. The book of Numbers teaches many practical lessons for the Christian in today’s world. The book of Deuteronomy helps in the enjoyment of God’s blessings in Christ.
The Bible is one book containing 66 books. Each of these is connected with all the rest. You must know something about every book to really understand what God says about Himself in the Scripture.
The first five books of the Bible are the foundation of the whole, and Numbers and Deuteronomy are therefore very important. Desert Journey explains how the people of Israel traveled from Mount Sinai to the land of promise – 39 important years in the history of man.
