The Lord God faithfully brought out His people from the bondage and misery of Egypt. But He did not finish there. He brought them into a land flowing with milk and honey. But He did not finish there. He delivered them from their enemies’ evil designs. He is doing the same work in our lives today. He never stops watching over His people. He knows your “going out and your coming in” (Ps. 121:8, NKJV). He never leaves us nor forsakes us (Heb. 13:5). —Annette Baal
