Leviticus 22:1-33; Psalm 128:1-131:3; Mark 8:11-26

Paul…separated unto the gospel of God, (which he had promised afore by his prophets in the holy scriptures,) concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 1:1-3

Known as the radius, any point on a circle’s circumference is the same distance to its centre. The word “concerning” is translated from the Greek “peri” from which we get our word perimeter. The gospel encircles Christ. He is its centre: its subject and focus. The church is called out to gather around the resurrected, ascended glorified Christ. Positionally all believers are equally as near and dear to Christ. In Christ, its centre we have been brought into the
fellowship of God’s circle. Praise God! —George Ferrier

In that circle of God’s favor, circle of the Father’s love,
All is rest, and rest forever, all is perfectness above.  —Joseph D. Smith
