DAILY READINGS: 2 Samuel 3:1-39; Micah 6:1-16; Romans 11:13-36
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. John 14:12
What does Jesus mean? How is this possible? Verses 13 & 14 perhaps answer our questions. “Whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son” (John 14:13). Keep in touch with Jesus. Keep your eyes open to the needs of those around you and the work of the Holy Spirit in others lives. Then pray as Jesus would pray. Let us work the works of Him that sent us. —D. Pickup
