Throughout the Bible, God entreats people to come to Him. He describes Himself reaching out His hands, imploringly to wayward Israel. When He walked on earth, Christ told the weary and heavy laden to come to Him for rest and salvation. Unsurprisingly, the Bible’s final chapter continues the same offer for the living water of eternal life. Yet, there is an added person inviting others: “the bride”. Believers join in this glorious invitation! Let us not
