Nehemiah 1:1-2:20; Daniel 11:21-45; Revelation 7:1-17

The righteous shall be in everlasting remembrance. Psalm 112:6

It was a privilege, on a tour of Princeton, to view the grave of Jonathan Edwards who stands out in early American Christianity as someone devoted to God. He was a compelling preacher, instrumental under God in bringing revival and also left a legacy of wonderful Christian writing which included “The Life and Diary
of David Brainard.” It is a rich blessing to know that we stand on the shoulders of such giants from the past and their lives act as a challenge to the superficiality of our age. —Paul Young

Now I’ve given to Jesus everything,
Now I gladly own Him as my King,
Now my raptured soul can only sing,
Of Calvary. —William Reed Newell
