And, behold, thou shalt…bring forth a son, and shalt call his name Jesus. Here are seven “shalls” highlighting the Lord’s birth, life and reign. They are: the miracle of His birth, virgin born; the meaning of His Name, Jesus, the Saviour; the magnitude of His work, great; the majesty of His Person, Son of the Highest; the moment of His glory, given the throne of David; the manner of His rule, reigning over Jacob; the magnificence of His Kingdom, without end.
